What counts as an integration?
One connected system. Your PMS is an integration. Key Data is an integration. Slack is an integration. If it's a separate product with its own login and its own API, it counts as one.
What does “unlimited agents” actually mean?
As many agents and automations as you want, built and changed by us, as long as they use systems we've already connected for you. Wanting a new agent that needs a system we haven't connected yet means a new integration at $1,000 — and we'd tell you that before starting.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No long-term contract. The monthly is month to month. The setup fee is one time and covers the work of getting you live.
What happens if we cancel?
You can export your data at any point, including on the way out. We'd rather you leave with everything than feel locked in.
Who owns the data?
You do. We're a layer on top of systems you already pay for. We don't sell it, we don't aggregate it into a benchmark product, and you can take it with you.
How fast is setup?
It depends on how quickly we get credentials and how cooperative your systems' APIs are. We'll give you a real estimate on the call rather than a marketing one.
Do you work with managers under 25 units?
Usually not. Below about 25 units the maths rarely works in your favour, and we'd rather say so than take the setup fee.
