Who we are
BoldKeel (“we”, “us”) operates boldkeel.com. For the purposes of UK and EU data protection law, we are the data controller for the information described below.
[LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
What we collect
Two things, and nothing else.
Demo requests. When you submit the form on our demo page we collect your name, work email address, company name, and — if you provide it — your phone number. We also collect what you tell us about your operation: how many units you manage, where you operate, which property management and revenue management systems you use, what else is in your stack, and anything you write in the free-text field.
Website analytics. If you accept cookies when asked, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and move around this site — pages viewed, rough geographic region, device type, and referring source. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.
We do not collect special category data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not buy or enrich your details from third-party data brokers.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
Demo requests are used to prepare for and hold a conversation with you about whether BoldKeel is a fit, and to follow up afterwards. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you asked us to contact you about our service, and responding is what you would reasonably expect. You can object at any time and we will stop.
Analyticsis used to improve the website. Our lawful basis is your consent, given through the banner. You can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which will cause the banner to ask again.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use a small number of processors to run the site and handle your enquiry:
- Resend — delivers the notification email containing your demo request.
- Railway — hosts this website and processes server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. It also hosts the n8n workflow below.
- n8n — routes your demo request internally so it reaches the right person. Self-hosted by us on Railway.
- Google Analytics — processes website analytics — only if you accepted cookies.
Some of these providers operate outside the UK and EEA. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the relevant safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for as long as there is an active or realistic prospect of doing business, and reviewed periodically after that. If you tell us you are not interested, we keep only enough to remember not to contact you again.
Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration and is not tied to your name or email.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EEA, you have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to object to our use of it, and to receive it in a portable format. These rights apply to everyone who contacts us, wherever you are — we would rather not draw a line by geography.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You do not need to explain why.
If you are in the UK and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies until you accept them. The consent banner controls Google Analytics only — there are no advertising or profiling cookies on this site.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we do not ask again. Clearing this site’s data resets it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For anything material, we will say what changed rather than quietly revise the text.
